Column-Based Kit

The BehPrep Gel&PCR Purification Kit has been designed for rapid and reliable recovery of DNA fragments from enzymatic reactions such as PCR, as well as agarose gel made with TAE or TBA buffer after electrophoretic separation. The principle relies on the spin column method allows for DNA to bind specifically with the silica membrane of the column in presence of defined salt concentration and pH condition while other impurities are washed away through the column with an efficient wash step. Purified DNA is then eluted off the column by using EB buffer. This kit removes commonly used nucleic acid gel stain and purified DNA is compatible with common downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, RFLP, and sample preparation for sequencing (NGS). The product is produced under ISO13485 quality standards to provide you with the best result.
