This innovative kit employs a spin-column method, where nucleic acids specifically bind to the silica membrane within the column under controlled salt concentration and pH conditions. Meanwhile, impurities such as proteins and salts are efficiently washed away through a two-step wash process. Notably, the protocol utilizes pre-prepared wash buffers, eliminating the need for ethanol addition. Plus, the eluted pure nucleic acid can be directly utilized in critical applications like PCR, qPCR, RFLP, cDNA synthesis, and more.
