Magnetic Bead-Based Kit

The BehMag Genomic DNA extraction kit has been exclusively designed for the semi-automated extraction of viral RNA using BehGene, and Bioperfectus instruments from whole blood and buffy coat. The magnetic bead-based kit provides a high yield in less hands-on time. Reagents are pre-dispensed in sealed plates cause preventing human errors during the workflow and reducing hands-on time. In the magnetic separation of nucleic acids under optimized conditions, nucleic acid selectively binds to the surface of magnetic beads, leaving impurities in the solution. In the elution step nucleic acid is released from the surface of magnetic beads as a purified sample. The purified gDNA is well-suited for common downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, RFLP, and sample preparation for sequencing (NGS).
