Column-Based Kit

The BehPrep Viral RNA Extraction kit has been designed for rapid and reliable isolation of viral RNA from body fluid samples such as plasma, serum, eye, nasal and pharyngeal swabs, urine, and viral transport medium. The principle relies on the spin column method allows for nucleic acid to bind specifically with the silica-membrane of the column in presence of defined salt concentration and PH condition while contamination pass through the column by an efficient wash step; the wash buffer used in this protocol is pre-prepared and does not require the addition of ethanol. Pure RNA is eluted off the column by using AE buffer and can be directly used for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, RFLP, cDNA synthesis, and sample preparation for sequencing (NGS). The product is produced under ISO13485 quality standards to provide users with the best result.
